1. Payments
All consulting, training, and coaching sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within this notice period, no cancellation fee will apply.
3. Late Cancellations or Missed Sessions
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the client does not attend the scheduled session, the session may be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
4. Service Satisfaction
If a client believes that a service has not been delivered as agreed, they may contact us to discuss the matter. In certain circumstances, we may offer:
a rescheduled session, or
a partial refund.
Such decisions will be made at our discretion.
5. Technical Issues
If a session cannot take place due to technical issues beyond the client’s control, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
